How many eligible members have an active app account, and who is still missing. Last 6 complete months, ages 18 to 100.
Registration has climbed every month for a year, from 24.8% to 40.7%, but the pace is slowing. The January spike of 164 new registrations followed open enrolment, and monthly adds have since settled near 110. At that rate you reach roughly 44% by next January, short of the 50% goal.

Men aged 25 to 34 register at just 7.7%, against 40.2% of women the same age, the widest split in your population. Men over 65 register at 64.6%, the highest rate anywhere, so this is not about age. It is about how the invitation reaches younger male employees.

Ages 18 to 100.Florida holds 53% of your eligible members but registers only 23.6% of them, so 4,336 unregistered Floridians are 69% of your entire gap. New York, by contrast, reaches 90.1%. Bringing Florida up to California's 59.3% would lift your overall rate from 40.7% to about 59%.
Texas is the next biggest gap at 27.4%, with 430 members still to register. Together, Florida and Texas account for three quarters of everyone not yet signed up.
A good next step is a mailed invitation to Florida members, followed by an email. Reaching even half of the unregistered Floridians would lift your overall rate by about 20 points.
